Aquabelle - Terms & conditions of booking

Rates are subject to change without notice and are quoted for the agreed period of time for the number of guests indicated.

  1. Reservations/Bookings: The booking will be confirmed on receipt of $500 deposit or 50% for smaller bookings. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival. Credit card details will be held until departure inspection has been completed.
  2. Payment Methods: We accept Visa & MasterCard.
  3. Conditions & Cancellations: High season: 30 days of the date of arrival, no refund will be given nor can dates be changed. Low season: 14 days of the date of arrival, no refund will be given nor can dates be changed.
  4. Property Usage: The property is to be used for short-term residential accommodation only.
  5. The property may not be used for any commercial purpose, party, gathering or any other function unless agreed prior.
  6. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is from 2pm onwards and check-out is 10am. Our property is accessed by a security system. We will inform you of your personal identification number to open the secure back entrance gate and your apartment 48 hours prior to your arrival. This 4 digit PIN access code is unique to your stay and will expire on your departure. We require your estimated arrival time to activate your personal identification number.
  7. Parking: There is secure off street parking for two cars at Apts 1, 2, 3 and for one car at Apts 4, 5, 6 & 7.
  8. Housekeeping: For short-term bookings there is no housekeeping. For bookings longer than a week a housekeeping service can be organised for an additional fee of $75 per hour.
  9. Maintenance & Garbage Removal: The occupant is required to leave the property in the same clean, neat and tidy condition, as it was when they arrived. This includes washing up, the fridge cleaned out and rubbish to be placed in appropriate bins.
  10. Smoking & Pets: There is strictly no smoking inside the apartment, (there is a balcony). We ask you also to leave your pets at home.
  11. House Manager: A house manager must be nominated as the primary contact and take full responsibility to ensure that all occupants understand and agree to the rules and conditions. A mobile phone number must be provided and be contactable when occupying the residence 24/7 for security purposes.
  12. Number of Guests: Apartment 2 has three bedrooms, accommodating 6 people. Apartments 1 & 3, 4 & 5 have two bedrooms, accommodating 4 people. Apartments 6 & 7 are studio apartments accommodating 2 people.
  13. Loss, Damage or Injury: Aquabelle Apartments takes no responsibility for loss or damage of guest’s property, or personal injury. Guests should report breakages and are responsible for loss or damage of property belonging to them and for the damage or loss of property belonging to the apartment during their stay. Replacement of items or damage to the apartment will be deducted from the credit card. If apartment is not left in a reasonable condition an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the credit card. This fee is based on $75 per hour.
  14. Noise, Parties & Behavior: The apartment is for registered guests only. Parties are not permitted under any circumstances and there is to be no noise audible between 10pm to 8am and no excessive noise at any other time. A $100 deduction will be charged with each security or caretaker callout. If after one warning for noise or if your behavior or that of your guests causes damage, danger or annoyance to any other person or to property we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the apartment immediately and be treated as a cancellation inside 30/60 days. There will be no refund of any unused portion of your booking payment.
  15. BBQ Cleaning & Use: Apartment 1 guests are welcome to use the Apartment 1 BBQ but will incur a $75 charge if left dirty. Cleaning products are supplied.
  16. Aquabelle Apartments has a strict 'No Schoolies' policy.
  17. Your Booking is Confirmed based on your agreement to our terms as stated above and allow BLUE WATER VIEWS PTY LTD ATF BLUE WATER VIEWS T/AS Aquabelle Apartments ABN 37 743 643 625 to debit your credit card for the accommodation deposit at time of booking and the balance 30 days prior to your arrival date.
