Aquabelle Terms & Conditions
These are the Terms for guests of Aquabelle Apartments. Please note, rates are subject to change without notice and are quoted for the agreed period of time for the number of guests indicated.
- Reservations/Bookings: The booking will be confirmed on receipt of $500 deposit. Payment in full is required 14 days prior to arrival. Credit card details will be held until departure inspection has been completed.
- Payment Methods: We accept Visa & MasterCard and EFT payment.
- Property Usage: The property is to be used for short-term residential accommodation only. The property may not be used for any commercial purpose, party, gathering or any other function unless agreed prior.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is from 2pm onwards and check-out is 10am. Our property is accessed by a security system. We will inform you of your personal identification number to open the secure back entrance gate and your apartment. This 4 digit access code is unique to your stay and will expire on your departure. We require your estimated arrival time to activate your PIN.
- Parking: There is security off street parking for two cars per apartment at the rear of the property.
- Housekeeping: For bookings longer than a week a housekeeping service can be organised for an additional fee.
- Maintenance & Garbage Removal: The occupant is required to leave the property in the same clean, neat and tidy condition, as it was when they arrived. This includes washing up, the fridge cleaned out and rubbish to be placed in appropriate bins. Any further cleaning will be charged to you.
- Smoking & Pets: There is strictly no smoking inside the apartment. We ask you also to leave your pets at home.
- House Manager: A house manager must be nominated as the primary contact and take full responsibility to ensure that all occupants understand and agree to the rules and conditions. A mobile phone number must be provided and be contactable when occupying the residence 24/7 for security purposes.
- Additional Guests: Apartment 2 has three bedrooms, accommodating 6 people. Apartments 1 and 3 have two bedrooms, accommodating 4 people. No provision for additional guests is available.
- Loss, Damage or Injury: Aquabelle Apartments takes no responsibility for loss or damage of guest’s property, or personal injury howsoever occurring. Guests should report breakages as soon as possible. You are responsible for loss or damage of property belonging to you, and for the damage or loss of property belonging to the apartment during their stay.
- Noise, Parties & Behavior: The apartment is for registered guests only. Parties are not permitted under any circumstances and there is to be no noise audible between 10pm to 8am and no excessive noise at any other time. A $100 deduction will be charged with each security or caretaker callout. If after one warning for noise or if your behavior or that of your guests causes damage, danger or annoyance to any other person or to property we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the apartment immediately. There will be no refund of any unused portion of your booking payment.
- Your Signature Confirms: You have read and agree to our terms as stated and allow BLUE WATER VIEWS PTY LTD ATF BLUE WATER VIEWS T/AS Aquabelle Apartments ABN 37 743 643 625 to debit your credit card. EFT payment into our account is acceptable. In addition to this, MasterCard or Visa card details are required for security.
